How to use

1. Apply a thin layer of Bond to your natural lashes.
2. Wait 30 seconds until tacky, then place clusters under your natural lashes using tweezers.
3. Press gently to secure, then apply a thin coat of Seal.
4. To remove, use oil-based makeup remover.
