Meet Our Founder

Zhang Rong (张荣) founded HKYBEAUTY with a simple mission: bridge the gap between professional-grade Korean skincare and everyday consumers who deserve better than overpriced department store brands or underperforming drugstore options.

With deep roots in cosmetic manufacturing and supply chain management, Zhang Rong built HKYBEAUTY on a foundation of vertical integration. By owning the entire production process — from raw ingredient sourcing to final packaging — HKYBEAUTY eliminates middlemen markups while maintaining strict quality control at every stage.

"I started this brand because I was tired of seeing customers pay premium prices for formulas that were mostly water and fragrance," Zhang Rong explains. "At HKY, we put the money into ingredients, not marketing. The results speak for themselves."
