We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly process a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (except for products used as directed)
Items must have been purchased directly from hkybeauty.com
Promotional items and gift sets are final sale unless defective

How to Request a Return

We will respond within 24–48 hours with a return shipping label (for qualifying U.S. returns)
Pack items securely and attach the provided label
Once received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement immediately — no return needed.
