An eight-week journal can help you keep track of a lash-care routine, but eight weeks is not a promised growth deadline. Use the period to document what you apply and how you assess it. A useful personal record does not require invented measurements, a dramatic transformation or a result assigned to every week.
Write the product instructions on the first page
